1. What types of books do you sell?

At Bright Hope Books, we have a small curation of literature that we highly recommend, books that we have read, love and completely believe in. We stock an array of Bibles, current Christian worldview literature, beautifully illustrated children's books, Christian classics and some dynamic fiction as well. We pride ourselves on providing small town country service, so if you are wanting a recommendation, please ask and we will be more than happy to help you find what you're looking for. 

2. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our collection of books and click on the ones you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Alternatively, if we do not have a book or resource in stock that you would like, please contact us, and we will endeavor to get it in stock. 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also choose to pay using PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on the destination.

If you have selected the FREE local delivery option, we will be in contact with you after your purchase to confirm drop-off location and time.

5. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your package. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if we ship to your location. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select gift wrapping and provide any special instructions. Our team will ensure that your gift is beautifully wrapped and ready to be presented.
