Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

    Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide)
    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

International shipping options are not currently available, but we are happy to discuss potential arrangements upon request.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates and occasionally provide promotions offering discounted or free shipping on selected orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) to help you monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issues and Missing Packages

Bright Hope Books is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or for packages lost or stolen after they have been delivered. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We currently only ship to locations within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are continually reviewing our shipping options and may expand to international destinations in the future.
