Bookstall Pop-Up Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation All bookings are requests only until confirmed by Bright Hope Books. We will contact you directly to confirm your booking is locked in.

Minimum Booking Time Bookstall bookings require a minimum of 4 hours of trading time. This is separate from our set-up and pack-down time, and ensures the visit is worthwhile for both your guests and our team.

Travel & Fuel Contribution As a small independent bookstore, we travel to your event at our own expense. If you're able to offer a small contribution toward fuel costs, especially for events further afield, it's always appreciated and helps us keep bringing the bookstall to communities like yours. We're happy to chat about this when we confirm your booking.

Multi-Day or Extended Bookings Our online booking system currently supports single-day requests only. If your event spans multiple days, or your required times differ from your initial booking request, please contact us directly with full details so we can arrange this for you.

Payment No deposit or upfront payment is required to secure your booking. Bright Hope Books accepts cash and card payments on the day.

Cancellations We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. This allows us to make the most of our time and offer the date to another event if needed. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.

Promotion of Your Event We love partnering with you to make your bookstall a success! We ask that you include Bright Hope Books in your event promotion (socials, website, posters, or email campaigns) so your community knows we'll be there. We're happy to provide our logo and collaborate on content.

Stock & Sales All stock brought to your event remains the property of Bright Hope Books. Any unsold items are taken back with us at the end of the event.

Setup & Access Please ensure suitable access and setup time is available for our team upon arrival, in line with the details discussed at the time of booking.
