Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia wide. Standard shipping is a flat $10.99 and express is $14.99. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Living in New Zealand? Email us at brighthopebooks@gmail.com and we'll organise delivery.
How do pre-orders work?
Some books can be pre-ordered before they reach us. These are marked "Pre-order" on the product page, along with when we expect them. We'll send yours as soon as it arrives and email you when it's on its way. Dates can move if the publisher runs late. If you order a pre-order book with other books, we'll send the in-stock ones straight away and the pre-order when it arrives. You only pay shipping once. If you'd like an update, email brighthopebooks@gmail.com.
What if I need to return an item?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email brighthopebooks@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong. For damage, please include photos. We can't offer refunds for change of mind, so please double-check your order before you pay. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you change your shipping rates later, update the first answer. The pre-order answer mentions a "Pre-order" label, and you haven't set that up yet, so either delete that question for now or only keep it once you've tagged your pre-order books.
